We are looking for a Business Development Manager to maximise the sales of the Ridgway Rentals' business.
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company through a mixture of site visits, desk-based research & client meetings.
Duties
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
* Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
* Provide regular updates to senior management on progress towards business development goals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
* Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
