We are currently recruiting an experienced Mammographer to support NHS breast services, covering both symptomatic (2WW) and breast screening clinics.
This role requires a highly skilled practitioner who is confident in reporting mammography studies and performing interventional breast biopsy procedures.
About the Role
* Deliver high-quality mammography services across 2WW symptomatic and screening pathways
* Independently report mammograms in line with NHS standards
* Perform interventional procedures, including breast biopsies
* Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary breast team
* Support safe, efficient patient pathways within breast imaging services
Essential Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Radiography
* HCPC Registration
* NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) accredited postgraduate qualification in Mammography
* Proven experience in reporting mammography and interventional biopsy procedures
* Experience working within 2WW and breast screening clinics
* Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
