The Role
Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Supporting children with complex emotional, behavioural, and learning needs
Implementing individual education and behaviour plans
Supporting pupils to access the curriculum and reach their full potential
Creating a safe, calm, and nurturing learning environment
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
What We re Looking For
Proven experience working with SEN pupils within a school or specialist setting
Strong knowledge of ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs
Calm, patient, and resilient approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, professional, and compassionate attitude
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
