Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment Cycle:
Manage the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
* Client Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic sales and networking.
* Candidate Sourcing:
Use innovative methods to attract and engage top technology professionals.
* Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
* Market Expertise:
Stay informed about technology industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
* Problem-Solving:
Proactively address challenges to deliver successful outcomes for clients and candidates.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
* 1+ years of recruitment experience.
* Customer service experience.
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively under pressure.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
