We're looking for a Commissioning and Relationship Partner to lead our referral management process—ensuring children are matched to the right placements and given the best possible start in their journey with Wilderness Way.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and Review Referrals: Oversee the triaging process, ensuring every referral is handled with care and precision.
Drive Placement Success: Work closely with Registered Managers and social workers to ensure informed, compliant placement decisions.
Build Relationships: Connect with local authorities, social services, and key stakeholders to champion the needs of children while maximising commercial opportunities.
Analyse Data & Trends: Use data insights to improve placement outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
Influence Positive Change: Identify areas for process improvement and help shape best practices across the organisation.
What You’ll Bring:
* Qualification in Social Work, Social Care, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of children’s home regulations and referral processes.
* Experience managing complex cases in a social care setting.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
* Analytical, strategic thinker with great problem-solving abilities.
