A private healthcarepany based in central Brighton is looking for an administrator to join their team on a temporary 6-month contract.Thispany is a leading global health and carepany that offers health insurance, medical subscriptions and other health care funding products. Thispany has grown significantly since 2013.
Your new role
Below is a list of day-to-day responsibilities for this role –
1. Printing, packing, and dispatching of documents
2. Ordering and maintenance of stock
3. Managing post returned to the business
4. eDocs bounceback emails and eClaims
5. Ensuring exceptional customer experience for thepanies’ customers
6. You will respond to and answer customer enquiries.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent written and verbalmunication skills, and work towards KPI targets. You will be able to provide an excellent service to customers and be confident liaising via telephone, email and letter. You will have previous administration experience.
What you'll get in return
This role is paying between £13-£14 per hour, the office is close to the station and has free parking onsite. You will be required to be in the office 5 times a week and there is flexible working, standard hours are 9am-5pm however, you have the option to do an early start anytime from 6:30am.
