* Present program details clearly using provided scripts, presentations, and digital resources.
* Guide individuals through the onboarding process and engage them early.
* Consistently follow established systems, workflows, and communication standards.
* Maintain accurate records of all conversations and progress.
* Collaborate with a global team while managing your own schedule and performance.
