We are looking for a Guest Services Team Leader to join our brilliant Rapport team of 2 Ambassadors, based in our client’s office near Green Park. As the face of the workplace, our reception team plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment. You’ll be based in the London office of a global financial firm, where exceptional service and professionalism are essential to daily operations.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 42.5 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 6 PM)
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Main Responsibilities
* Lead by example and support the day-to-day running of the reception.
* Welcome guests and clients with warmth and professionalism.
* Manage meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are client-ready.
* Oversee front desk operations and provide administrative support.
* Operate the main switchboard and direct calls efficiently.
* Liaise with catering and office teams to ensure seamless service.
