We are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join one of our clients, a leading brand in the fitness industry based in Milton Keynes, who are on a massive growth trajectory. They are looking for someone to join the business and support with clear reporting, analysis and insight to help drive commercial decision-making.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with data, understanding performance drivers and turning numbers into practical insight.

Key responsibilities for a Finance Analyst:
* Produce weekly and monthly management reports and KPI dashboards
* Deliver variance analysis vs budget, forecast and prior periods
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes
* Provide margin, cost and performance analysis by product, channel or department
* Build and maintain Excel-based reporting and analysis models
* Support ad-hoc analysis to help stakeholders make informed decisions
Key requirements for a Finance Analyst:
* Experience in a Finance Analyst, Commercial Analyst or similar role
* Strong Excel skills (comfortable with pivot tables, lookups and data analysis)
* Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
* Confident communicator able to explain numbers clearly
* Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
