Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per year + Mileage (45p/mile)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (Hybrid & Flexible)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage complex paediatric care packages, including assessments, risk planning, and reviews.
* Conduct new client assessments and chair clinical team meetings.
* Complete audits to ensure compliance with best practice and CQC standards.
* Provide supervision, mentorship, and competency sign-off for nurses.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care.
* Deliver clinical support during routine and emergency situations.
* Train and develop care staff in specialist equipment and procedures.

Requirements
* Registered Nurse (Paediatrics or Adult) with valid NMC registration.
* Skilled in complex care (tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal or brain injuries).
* Community nursing experience (paediatric and/or adult).
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
