Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator with a keen eye for accuracy and excellent data handling skills? We are recruiting a Corporate Data Assistant to join a respected education institution, providing vital administrative support to ensure efficient processing of student records, fees and statutory data requirements.
As a Corporate Data Assistant your duties will be to:
Produce tuition fee confirmation letters
Carry out administration for the Request Centre, including student record updates, fee adjustments and Student Loan Company (SLC) checks and liaison
Carry out administration for resumptions, conducting fee checks, including sponsors and exemptions, and liaising with SLC where applicable
Carry out administration for Change of Mode, ensuring the correct fees are charged and expected graduation date is correct
Assist with the SLC Course Management system, including course set up and resolving course code queries
Carry out administration for new student record checks and corrections
Assist in managing Education Executive transfer charges
Assist with third-party invoicing data and processing
Assist with data collection and error resolution for statutory data returns
Manage and monitor refund requests, including managing the Refunds mailbox and investigating and processing refund requests
Handle fee queries, investigating and taking appropriate action to resolve them

Experience of working in a busy administrative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
Understanding of GDPR and the importance of confidentiality
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative experience within a professional, process-driven environment. In return you will receive payrate of £14.29 per hour, working full-time Monday – Friday for 3 months initially.
