Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the B2B sales strategy in line with growth plans
* Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
* Manage CRM activity, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline management
* Build sales forecasts and track performance against targets
* Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
* Use LinkedIn to build relationships, generate leads, and support new business
* Leading and coaching a sales team of four
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading sales teams, ideally in electrical, lighting, or similar industries
* Experience in an ecommerce/omnichannel/digitally led business would be desirable
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action and get things done
* Great communicator and negotiator who builds strong relationships easily
* Comfortable working with data, forecasting, and using insights to improve performance
* Hands‑on leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and getting the best out of a team

* Basic salary between £40,000 - £45,000 plus commission and bonuses
