Hours: A 40-hour a week schedule will be determined by business needs, Monday through Friday, between 8AM and 5PM CST, with one late night scheduled until 7PM.
Job Details
This is a customer service position assisting a diverse student population. You will primarily support students receiving funding through Herzing University community partnerships by providing personalized guidance on financial aid options. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, student-focused environment and excels at clear, proactive communication. Financial Aid Advisors receive onboarding support through our On-the-Job Training Program and have opportunities for growth via our Career Pathways.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills and experience.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience/knowledge of Student Information Systems (CampusNexus & Regent preferred).
* Title IV administration experience preferred.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay and Benefits
Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and circumstances. New employees typically start below the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition waiver and reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan with company match. The hourly pay range is $19.56 to $28.85.

Physical Requirements
