We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join the team at The Gower Heating Co. As our workload continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Heating Engineer who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a modern, forward-thinking company.
About Us
The Gower Heating Co. is an award-winning heating company based in Swansea, working across South Wales in both domestic and commercial properties.
We install and maintain a wide range of systems, including:
* Gas boilers
* Air & ground source heat pumps
* MVHR systems
* Air conditioning
* Underfloor heating
* Smart heating controls
The Role
This is a full-time role based from our Swansea office. You’ll be installing, servicing, and repairing heating systems.
If you’re interested in expanding your skill set, we can also provide training in air conditioning and MVHR for the right person.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a qualified heating engineer with at least 2 years’ experience
You’ll ideally be:
* A good team player with solid communication skills
* Proud of the standard of work you deliver
* Friendly, professional, and confident with customers
* Able to follow plans and job briefs
* Self-motivated and organised
* Someone who enjoys problem-solving
* Keen to learn and develop new skills
Must Haves
* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating
*Lvl 3 qual Heat Pumps
* Unvented Cylinders (G3)
* Proven experience with the systems listed above
* Full UK driving licence
Pay & Benefits
* Average 40-hour working week
* Hourly rate equivalent to around **£35-42k per year**
