Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chippenham for a Pharmacist. The Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, managing inventory, and providing expert advice on medication usage. Other key responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and delivering exceptional customer service to promote health and well-being within the community.
Qualifications
* Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, prescription management, and medication safety
* Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to provide expertise and support to patients and healthcare professionals
* Attention to detail and organizational skills for ensuring prescriptions' accuracy and managing inventory
* Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and familiarity with regulatory compliance and drug safety practices
* Active pharmacist registration with GPhC and pharmacy degree (BPharm, MPharm, or equivalent required)
* Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a patient-focused approach
* Previous experience within a pharmacy or healthcare environment is a plus
