About the Role
Are you ready to take the lead in creating unforgettable guest experiences? As the Accommodation & Cleaning Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of housekeeping in our vibrant hotels and accommodation villages.
Reporting to the Cleaning Manager, you will:
* Oversee daily operational plans, ensuring tasks and objectives are met by your team.
* Manage fluctuating guest demand while maintaining high operational standards and guest satisfaction.
* Support and coach your team to deliver exceptional experiences, driving key metrics related to our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach.
This role requires 40 hours a week across a 5-day working week, with flexibility being essential. Shifts on Mondays and Fridays will range from 8:30 AM to 9 PM, while shifts on other days, including weekends, will be from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

About You
We are seeking a passionate leader with:
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a cleaning environment.
* A commitment to delivering CAFF standards while enhancing both Guest and Employee NPS.
* Experience in conducting quality control checks and leading constructive feedback conversations.
* A knack for training and coaching teams in a fun-filled atmosphere to ensure excellence.
Your responsibilities will also include:
* Managing the onboarding process for new team members and overseeing their entire employee lifecycle.
* Setting clear objectives and personal development plans (PDPs) for your team.
* Supporting team surveys and leading action plans to uphold brand standards.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Extensive operational knowledge in managing cleaning or soft services teams.
