About the Role
This role involves shaping the future of AI in the Norwegian language. As an AI Trainer specializing in Norwegian, you will utilize your expertise to train AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of Norwegian content generated by AI. The role offers flexible scheduling and a direct impact on AI development in Norwegian.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Norwegian, improving accuracy and real-world applicability.
2. Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations for complex Norwegian language problems, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
3. Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base, designing tests to ensure reliable outputs.
4. Flexible Hours: Set your own working hours depending on project needs.
About You
* Enrolled in or have completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
* Fluent in Norwegian.
* Strong writing skills with excellent English spelling and grammar.
* Critical eye for evaluating written text, with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses.
* Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
* Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
Additional Information
This is a freelance, hourly-paid position. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country; sponsorship is not provided. International students on valid visas may apply after consulting with an immigration advisor. Compensation rates vary by location and experience.
Our pay range for U.S.-based candidates is between $15 and $150 per hour, with exact rates depending on various factors including skills, experience, and location.
