JOB PURPOSE Support and advise Dy. CEO on all matters pertaining to Airport Operations, S &C, P&C, Commercial Aero and Commercial Non Aero; meticulous tracking and planning around short term and long term challenges thus freeing bandwidth of Dy. CEO; Provide regular updates, inputs and analysis to Dy. CEO on various issues/reports which impact business and above mentioned functions, as & when put up by the respective HOD’s / GCXO for necessary directions. ORGANISATION CHART Key Accountabilities Dy.CEO for management control and Review Facilitate and implement management control, & review as per agreed schedule Support in the Strat Plan and AOP review and half year review Plan and facilitate reviews as per requirement to provide critical inputs on issues Ensure regular review of all operational, commercial and procurement matters that are being implemented Ensure data availability and accuracy for Dy. CEO review Ensure monitoring and follow up on the actions points as per agreed time lines by the departments Follow up and support the implementation of all the key strategic and business initiatives, mainly monitoring from Dy.CEO office Update on issues Constant sector inputs highlighting the key issues, opportunities and challenges by sending on going mails on developments, issues etc. External stakeholders, peers info, policies impacting business Special Projects And Other Business/Functions Support Alert Dy. CEO on critical / urgent / sensitive / confidential issues On and off support for corporate functions and other businesses Provides support for Dy.CEO in approving PO/NFA’s etc as per business requirement. Dy. CEOs External and Internal Communication Support Prepare internal communications for Group like CEO Speaks, Group level mails etc. EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS External GoG Lenders/IE/LIE Business Partners INTERNAL INTERACTIONS Internal Functional Heads BCMO/GCMO CEO FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including substantial experience in financial modelling/ valuation and project construction/management skills with a capex outlay of about 2000 Cr INR Other Dimensions Ability to develop formal and informal relationships to leverage existing teams and workflow and gain focus on new areas of emphasis Should have vision, strategic capabilities and a long-term focus including business acumen and target- and result oriented approach Education Qualifications B.E MBA from reputed Institutions Relevant Experience Around 10 years of experience in similar roles in strategy/planning function at large infrastructure organisation COMPETENCIES Personal Effectiveness Social Awareness Entrepreneurship Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking Planning & Decision Making Capability Building Strategic Orientation Stakeholder Focus Networking Execution & Results Teamwork & Interpersonal influence
