Our compassionate, professional team provides tailored care services across Liverpool, ensuring dignity, respect, and excellence in every aspect of support.\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service. This is a key leadership role focused on driving quality, compliance, and service growth, while upholding CQC standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nRegulatory & Compliance\n\n * Ensure compliance with CQC standards, local authority requirements, and internal policies.\n\n * Lead preparation for and participation in CQC inspections.\n\n * Implement and oversee robust quality assurance and improvement processes.\n\nService & Operational Management\n\n * Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care service to ensure safe, efficient, and person-centered delivery.\n\n * Develop and review care plans tailored to individual client needs.\n\n * Ensure safeguarding protocols and health & safety standards are strictly adhered to.\n\n * Manage Rota planning and staff deployment to maintain adequate service coverage.\n\nLeadership & Staff Development\n\n * Lead, support, and develop a team of care coordinators, supervisors, and care staff.\n\n * Conduct regular staff supervision, performance reviews, and appraisals.\n\n * Ensure all staff complete mandatory training and have access to ongoing professional development.\n\nBusiness Growth & Stakeholder Engagement\n\n * Build strong relationships with local authorities, NHS partners, and private clients.\n\n * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow Levicare’s service provision.\n\n * Represent Levicare in the community and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and families.\n\nRequirements\n\nEssential:\n\n * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role within domiciliary care with experience in service expansion and growth.\n\n * Experience as a Registered Manager with CQC or significant Deputy Manager experience.\n\n * Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and compliance standards.\n\n * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.\n\n * Must have your own car and be able to drive to varied local locations as a part of the role.\n\nDesirable\n\n * Has current knowledge of service provision with Liverpool City Region.\n\nWhy Join Levicare?\n\n * Competitive salary with performance-related bonuses.\n\n * Opportunities for professional development and career progression.\n\n * Supportive and inclusive work environment.\n\n * Pension scheme and employee benefits package
