In this varied role, you'll support the design and delivery of learning, development and engagement initiatives, from induction and training to culture and wellbeing. You'll help shape talent programmes such as apprenticeships and graduates, while guiding colleagues and managers through development opportunities with clear, supportive advice. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you'll keep our learning offer running smoothly, from coordinating events and maintaining records to evaluating impact and improving what we do.

Why join us?

We're looking for a proactive and organised OD professional with a passion for learning, development and building colleague capability. You'll have experience supporting and delivering learning and organisational development activity, including facilitating training and contributing to initiatives that enhance engagement, culture and performance. You'll have a strong eye for detail and a high standard of written communication, alongside the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities effectively. You'll also be confident using data and feedback to evaluate impact, identify trends and recommend improvements that enhance colleague experience and organisational effectiveness.


What you'll need:

* At least two years' experience in learning and organisational development
* Experience of facilitating people-related training and culture initiatives
* Good standard of literacy and numeracy
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office systems
* Experience of working with HR systems
* Strong attention to detail
* CIPD level 5 qualification (or working towards)
* Coaching qualification (desirable)
