Multi Trade Operative Location: Site based, covering Merseyside, Cheshire and Surrounding Areas. Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call. Based on a Social Housing Tenanted property contract, working in both occupied and void properties, your role will be varied, and customer focused, surrounded by like-minded teammates who work together to ensure an excellent service. The works will be Multi Trade with a strong bias towards Joinery ensuring properties are delivered to a liveable standard, the works will be supporting our responsive repairs team, meaning your days will be varied and interesting. Potential Overtime An outline of your responsibilities and experience Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade background, joinery experience essential. The works include the repairs of various upvc doors, windows, kitchens installations and general maintenance to ensure functionality. Basic Plumbing, tiling & patch plastering is desirable. Working in both tenanted and void properties on general maintenance. Social Housing experience is essential. Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system. The role will also require a DBS check to be completed About You Ideally you will possess a joinery qualification with the ability to work across multiple trades, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given.
