Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in Armagh is looking for an Administrative Officer to join their team.
Duration: March 2026 with possible extension
Rate of pay: £13.75
Location: Armagh
Hours: 37 hours per week
Start date: ASAP
Main Duties:
Duties typically include the following:
Working closely with the Judge to ensure the smooth running of court business.
General office duties.
Processing cases on to ICOS (Integrated Court Operations System).
Use of IT systems.
Dealing with general telephone queries.
Dealing with members of the public & legal profession within the court environment.
Preparing documentation & files for court.
Records Management.
Cash handling.
Ensuring that all information is managed securely in accordance with the appropriate policies. Acting as court clerk assistant in courts.
The post holder will be based in Armagh Court Office.
The post holder will work under the supervision of an Office Manager (Executive Officer 1) and will work in accordance with policies, procedures, protocol, legislation and corporate targets and standards.
Essential Criteria:
– 5 GCSEs A-C (Must include Maths and English)
