The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing project costs, preparing valuations, assessing subcontractor applications, and ensuring accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. They will work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain commercial control, manage variations, and ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements. Review terms and conditions during the tender phase to identify risks and commercial considerations. Prepare and submit accurate monthly progress valuations for live projects.
