2 PQE Intellectual Property Legal Counsel - International Sport Organisation
In this role, you will support
* Global trademark enforcement efforts
* Manage correspondence including cease-and-desist and settlement agreements
* Analyse IP monitoring reports
* Liaise with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
* You’ll also assist with third-party queries and brand surveillance work, helping to safeguard one of the world’s most valuable brands.
The ideal candidate
* 2 years PQE in contentious and non-contentious trademark matter.
* Trained in private practice at a top law firm
* Ideally some in-house or secondment exposure.
