We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS SEND Teacher to join our inclusive early years provision in Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner who is committed to ensuring children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) receive the highest quality support at the start of their educational journey.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging, personalised learning experiences that promote early development, independence, and positive outcomes for all learners.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, differentiated learning in line with the EYFS Framework
* Identify and assess children with emerging or diagnosed SEND needs
* Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Deliver targeted interventions to support communication, social interaction, and early development
* Work collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff, and external professionals
* Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
* Monitor and track progress in line with statutory requirements
* Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching within EYFS
* Strong understanding of SEND, including ASD, speech and language needs, and SEMH
* Experience adapting curriculum and provision to meet individual needs
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A patient, reflective, and child-centred approach
Desirable:
* SEND qualification or additional specialist training
* Experience working within a specialist provision or resource base
