Description
We are hiring for a Store Manager to join one of our exciting stores based in Brighton on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
There's an established team in place, and you will work directly with them to create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum is a business that values our front-end retail staff.
As Store Manager, you will oversee your store's daily operations, develop strategies to improve customer service, drive sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and market programs to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
We invest in training and development. This role offers opportunities to build, create, achieve, develop, and progress. You will be supported throughout your journey with regular 1-2-1's, training, and support, and provided with all the tools to thrive and feel empowered.

About you:
* You must have a passion for fashion retail and our company ethos.
* Ideally, you have previous experience in fashion retail.
* You have managerial experience in a fast-paced environment.
* You are experienced in managing, motivating, and training a team.
* You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
* You can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* You are highly organized with a customer-focused attitude.
* You have in-depth industry knowledge.
