Responsibilities:
As an Accounts and Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting various stakeholders within and outside the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
8. Processing purchase orders in a timely manner
9. Checking and processing goods received items
10. Handling accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and reconciliation
11. Reviewing aged creditors balances and reconciling subcontractor analysis
12. Assisting with sales ledger functions when necessary
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
13. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance business support role
14. Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
15. Familiarity with stock control functions
16. Excellent organisational and time management skills
17. Strong attention to detail in written, numerical, and verbal communication
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
18. Experience with Sage software
