We have an exciting opportunity in our brand new not for profitChildren's services. This is a need led children's LD residential home due to open in December 2025. We have roles available for caring, supportive and driven people to join our team. We are looking for aRegistered Manager- could this be you?The successful applicant will lead, manage and support a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, while acting as a corporate parent to the children we care for, helping, supporting and ensuring they thrive in their day to day lives.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the childrens home supporting children and young people with LD disabilities and other additional complex needs.As an experienced manager you can confidently lead a dedicated team, fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere for all to thrive.You will play a key role in setting up and developing this new service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
What you need to be successful in this role:
1. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (or equivalent).
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in childrens residential care, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
