Be able to identify opportunities for cost reduction, lead-time reduction, inventory reduction, and quality improvement. Ensures metrics and reporting are in place to demonstrate the implementation and utilization of CW initiatives and learnings. Identifies areas of improvement for operational efficiencies to improve efficiency, methods, equipment, reduce waste, improve time, and share best practices to achieve common and standardized lean processes within the company.W orks with departmental teams, multidisciplinary teams to identify, implement, and track cost savings on an ongoing basis for C-W cost savings metrics to ensure attainment of cost savings metric goals. Embeds visual management systems throughout the business, to identify processes to clearly identify flow path, flow interruptions, and problem resolution status. What You Bring Aerospace experience Have a BI / metric producer Track record in the role Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. – May be a company based scheme Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus. Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to track process performance metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-drive decision-making E Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
