About The Role
Are you a proactive and responsive HR professional with a passion for operational excellence and inclusive practices? As our People Manager, you’ll provide expert support, guidance, and advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to key stakeholders. You’ll ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, contribute to policy development, and support the delivery of HR training workshops.
You’ll be part of a collaborative People Team that includes HR & Resourcing, Learning & Development, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, Organisational Development, and Facilities. Together, we’re committed to creating a workplace that reflects our values and supports every employee.
We are looking for an individual with proven experience in HR operations and employee relations. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
