Customer Service Advisor
Office based in Wrexham - 8.30-5pm Monday – Friday
Up to £26,500
A fantastic opportunity within an expanding, regional, family run business, who pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service. Seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor who will be pivotal in ensuring the customers receive outstanding support and service, aligning with the companies mission of providing fantastic value and sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities :
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate information regarding the services.
Assisting customers with service requests and resolving issues effectively.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback on customer trends to improve service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Participate in training sessions to keep up to date on company products and services.
Contribute to positive company environment.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Proactive approach to problem solving.
Bank Holidays and some Saturdays are required based on the businesses needs.
