Registered Nurse | Outpatients | Part Time – 16.5hrs | Permanent | Methley Park – LS26
Spire Methley Park are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the team in the Outpatients department. This role is 16.5hrs per week and is a permanent position, with lots of development opportunities.
Spire Methley Park Hospital situated in Methley in South Leeds, has recently completed a 7.6 million refurbishment, which included a new theatre equipped with cutting-edge technology enabling us to carry out complex surgery across a variety of clinical specialties. Duties and responsibilities
1. Responsible for providing a range of support services to the Nurses and Consultants during procedures including:
2. Maintenance of quality care delivery
3. Liaising and networking with other departments across the hospital
4. Work as a part of a team assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
5. You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements
Who we're looking for
6. Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
7. Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
8. Able to lead clinics
9. Ability to multi-task
10. Strong communication skills
11. Able to carry out wound dressings
12. Phlebotomy skills (desirable as training can be given)
13. Surgical Ward experience preferred, however Induction process in place for newly qualified nurses
