We have an opportunity for a CMO Finance Support to join us, based within our Change function (CMO). This will be a fixed term contract position for a period of 12 months. You’ll be required to travel to our Head Office at Cumberland House in Carlisle as and when required for meetings and operational tasks. The expectation will be a minimum of 2 days per month, on average. The Benefits Salary – up to £16,396.50 p.a. (FTE £32,793) p.a. depending on skills and experience. Reporting to our CMO Finance Lead, you’ll provide essential finance and administrative support to ensure smooth and effective financial operations and project delivery across the Change function. The role focuses on maintaining accurate cost records, supporting financial processes and supporting report preparation. Key Responsibilities: Purchase Order and Invoice Processing Project Cost Tracker Support Timesheet Data Analysis Presentation & Reporting Support Updating and Maintaining Records Reporting Support for the CMO Function About you: We would like you to have the following: Qualifications: Ideally a qualification in finance, bookkeeping, administration, business, or a related field A good standard of general education Experience: Previous experience in a finance or administrative support role Familiarity with financial systems, timesheet tools, and project reporting Experience working in a fast-paced change or project environment is desirable Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency – formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros Comfortable with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with WebEx / Teams, and collaborative tools Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and question data Clear and professional verbal and written communication Organised and proactive with strong prioritisation skills Able to work independently while supporting a wider team Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information Friendly, professional, and dependable under pressure Team player with a collaborative and can-do attitude Eager to grow in finance, project, or business support functions The Company We’re here to create a banking experience that’s kinder to people and planet.
