As an SEN Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils' achievement and ability to develop.

We are looking for a SEN Teacher experienced in teaching a range of subjects and sharing our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK to be happy and to make their way in the world.
The successful candidate must be familiar with and comfortable adopting a therapeutic approach to teaching and working with SEN/SEMH/Autistic pupils. You should be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative teaching style, motivated by helping every pupil reach their potential.
Requirements include:
1. Previous experience teaching in an SEN school or working with pupils with complex additional needs.
2. Ability to plan fun and engaging sessions.
3. UK QTS or equivalent qualification.

Our New Options Autism School is a specialist school for young people aged 5-11 with complex communication needs, autism, and associated learning and emotional needs. The school has a capacity for 25 pupils and is scheduled to open in Easter 2025.
