Luff Associates is an independent and well-established estate agency with a strong reputation in sales and lettings. We are looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our busy estate agency lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or progress their career in the property industry.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process from applicant registration through to tenancy move-in. You will work closely with landlords, tenants, and applicants to ensure a smooth and professional service. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, and keen to build a career in property.
Key Responsibilities
* Registering new tenants and matching them with suitable rental properties
* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Negotiating rental offers and tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
* Providing regular feedback to landlords and maintaining strong client relationships
* Assisting with lettings administration, property marketing, and database management
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or in estate agency is desirable, but not essential (full training provided)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven with a positive attitude
* Ability to work well both independently and within a team
* Full UK driving licence

* Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday and 9am – 3pm Saturdays

Salary: Competitive + commission (dependent on experience and whether the role is part time or full time)
