We are looking for a dedicated Senior Team Leader to join our team in Dunstable.
Working Hours: Any 5 out of 7 // 14:00-22:00
Salary: £31,861
Contract Type: Permanent

Role of a Senior Team Leader
* Managing, developing and supporting team of Junior Team Leaders (JTLs)
* Assist with managing and motivating the workforce against set KPI’s
* Promote & lead a high level of Health & Safety expectations across the workforce
* Communicate key information on business updates and changes
* Produce accurate and timely reports, both internally and to the client
* Deliver against clients requests for working hours through booking extra or cancelling hours
As a Senior Team Leader, you will need to have
* Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment
* Strong knowledge of performance management and KPI delivery
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations and practices
* Highly organised with strong planning and resource allocation skills
* Data-driven with strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
