We’re looking for a cool, energetic General Manager to lead our new team opening in Brunswick Shopping Centre this November 2025!
This role is for a General Manager who knows their stuff, cares about the hospitality world, and just gets it!
Salary offer of up to £50,800, including earnings received through tronc.
Plus, a bonus reward of up to £8,000!

What Pho is looking for:
* Minimum 2 years’ General Management experience in bar or restaurant roles, or both!
* A passion for food! As a General Manager, you'll learn everything about our fresh food.
* Confidence in delivering and understanding financial P&L reports.
* Experience communicating with suppliers.
* Comfortable using systems like Pronet, OpenTable, Zonal, Harri, etc.
* We need a manager who GETS IT!
