TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming nursery setting in Hull, who are looking to appoint a Nursery Assistant. The setting provides a caring and supportive environment for children aged 0–4, promoting early development through play-based learning and a strong nurturing ethos.
The nursery is seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Assistant will be supporting across all age groups, assisting with daily routines, engaging children in activities, and ensuring a safe and positive environment in line with EYFS standards.
The successful Nursery Assistant will have:
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (desirable)
• Experience working within a school or nursery setting
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A caring and patient approach
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
