Administrator / Document Controller : HS2 Project x1F686;

Are you a highly organised and detail:oriented professional looking to be part of a landmark national project? This is your chance to join a leading construction team working on HS2

Hiring a motivated Administrator / Document Controller to be based out of one of our clients offices near Long Itchington, Birmingham.

This is a permanent position offering a salary of GBP25,000.

The Role

As a key member of our project team, you will be the backbone of our administrative and document management functions. Your duties will include:

Document Control: Managing the flow of project documentation, ensuring all drawings, reports, and communications are accurately logged, filed, and distributed.

Administrative Support: Providing essential support to project managers, engineers, and site teams, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.

Compliance: Ensuring all documents and administrative processes adhere to project standards and company procedures.

Data Management: Maintaining an organised and up:to:date document management system, ensuring information is easily accessible.

Liaison: Acting as a central point of contact for internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for all administrative queries.

What Were Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative or document control role within the construction or civil engineering sector is highly desirable.

Exceptional organisational and time:management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

A proactive and meticulous approach to your work.

A passion for the construction industry and a keen interest in major projects like HS2.
