Reintegration Worker Not Your Average Education Job Some young people have stopped attending school. Not because they don't care. Not because they don't want to learn. But because anxiety, trauma, health needs, or life experiences have created barriers that feel impossible to overcome. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Reintegration Worker who can build trust, create opportunities, and help young people reconnect with education one step at a time. This is not a desk-based role. One day you might be meeting a young person at home, the next supporting them in a community setting, and later helping them successfully return to school. What You'll Do Support KS3 and KS4 pupils experiencing EBSA, SEMH, or medical needs Build positive relationships with young people and their families Deliver personalised mentoring and reintegration support Work closely with schools, SENCOs, social care, and external agencies Use trauma-informed and restorative approaches Champion every young person's voice, progress, and potential Maintain strong safeguarding practices at all times You'll Thrive If You...
