Technical Licensing Officer needed in Essex Paying £17.38 per hr ref OR20500 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Licence Processing & Case Management Review, assess, and determine licence applications in line with the Housing Act 2004. Manage a varied caseload using digital systems, ensuring timely processing and audit-ready records. Compliance, Inspection & Enforcement Apply housing legislation; support inspections and enforcement to address non-compliance. Provide guidance to landlords, tenants, and partner agencies. Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Produce compliance and performance reports.
