This role is 37 hours per week - Term time only (46 weeks a year) so the salary will be pro rata'd accordingly
What You'll Be Doing
1. Deliver engaging sessions across vocational, academic, and employability programmes
2. Prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment
3. Work with learners individually or in small groups to build confidence
4. Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among learners
5. Achieve a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. AET)
6. Participate in internal training and CPD
7. Assess, record, and report learner progress following awarding body requirements
8. Contribute to continuous development of course materials and delivery methods
9. Engage positively with learners, parents/carers, and colleagues
What We're Looking For
10. A passionate educator or motor vehicle industry expert with experience or interest in teaching
11. Previous experience working with SEN learners is desirable, but not essential
12. Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) and End-Point Assessment (EPA) would be a bonus but not essential
13. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference
