About the role

This is an exciting time to join our growing clinical team supporting the school. The successful candidate will help develop the Speech and Language Therapy services, working alongside the Lead Clinician, Clinical Locality Lead, and Head of Speech and Language Therapy.
We are seeking a candidate with experience in implementing preventative interventions at a systems level, with a whole-school approach. We consider newly qualified clinicians. The role involves collaboration with education staff and other clinical disciplines to maximize impact for students.
You will manage a speech and language therapy caseload and, with the support of our Clinical Team, contribute to staff training and consultation. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a creative therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and workload management. You will also provide training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as needed.

* Speech and Language Therapy degree
* Registered with HCPC and RCSLT or RCOT
* 1-2 years experience as a fully registered RCSLT member in a similar setting
* Clear, concise report writing skills
* Ability to work independently under supervision
* Experience working within multi-professional teams
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
