We are expanding our team at Oaktree Mortgages and are looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join our team in Melton Mowbray. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
We are a well-established, family business with an extensive client portfolio and provide advice across a range of residential, buy to let, commercial mortgage and secured loans. Protection and General insurance business is also an integral part of the business.
As a Mortgage Administrator you will:
Process new business.
Liaise with 3rd parties such as solicitors, lenders and insurers.
Communicate directly with clients from application submission through to completion.
Check adviser files for completeness.
We would love to hear from you about this Mortgage Administrator opportunity if you have the following skills and experience:
Strong customer service skills.
Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications mainly Word and Excel.
Confident, polite and friendly telephone manner.
Previous administration experience would be advantageous as would an understanding of how mortgages work.
