What You Need:
* Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker / Carer
* Catheter care experience (essential)
* Dementia care experience (essential)
* Confident communicating with families and professionals
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
* Eligibility to Work in the UK: We do not offer sponsorship.
What you will be doing:
* Providing person-centred care and support to individuals in their home/community setting
* Supporting with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration, and daily routines
* Catheter care (including monitoring, hygiene, and reporting concerns)
* Supporting individuals living with dementia using calm, reassuring communication and consistent routines
* Recording notes accurately and reporting any changes in wellbeing
* Working in line with care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
