Reporting to the Business Account Manager, the Groups and Business Support Manager is responsible for delivering growth in revenue and journeys from business travellers, travel management companies, group travel, and leisure tour operators. You will be passionate about delivering great customer service, engaging with and building relationships with clients and developing business growth opportunities. Ideally you will have experience in the travel or hospitality sector, be highly motivated and possessing exceptional interpersonal and communications skills. You will support the Business Account Manager at exhibitions and promotional events across our network. You will support the Groups and Business Sales Co-ordinator to provide a high quality and consistent customer experience to our group travel customers. You will also support our frontline teams in the delivery of our group and business travel service, accompanying groups on their journey or promoting our services to prospective clients.
