Our client is an established award-winning law firm within the Southwest, recognised as a leader within this region. They are looking for an ambitious and driven senior Planning Solicitor to bolster their Planning Team in Taunton.
Overview
As a key member of this highly ranked team, you can expect to work on a wide spectrum of planning work, including planning permission, appeals, CIL, s.106 agreements, judicial review, highways and public rights of way and environmental law. You will be advising a broad client base to include businesses and private individuals as well as government departments and local authorities.
Eligibility
Due to exceptional growth, this position is open to those seeking either senior associate or partner level.

* Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to play an active role in business development.
