We are currently recruiting PC and Machine Minders to join our production team. This role supports the Shift Manager and Team Leaders in running an efficient, high-performing production area, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Support the smooth and efficient running of the production line/area Maintain high standards of product quality, GMP, health & safety, and customer service Help deliver KPI targets with a well-trained and motivated team Operate a variety of production machinery Strip down, clean, and set up machines as required Promote open communication at all levels Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 6:00am – 6:00pm If you’re reliable, hands-on, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we’d love to hear from you.
