Overview

Purpose of the Role: To lead and coordinate housing management services, ensuring compliance, effective tenancy management, and a high standard of customer service.


Responsibilities

* Oversee tenancy and estate management, including allocations, enforcement, and sustainment.
* Ensure compliance with housing legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Lead and support housing officers, managing complex cases and escalations.
* Monitor performance and drive service improvements.
* Work with partners and residents to resolve issues and strengthen communities.


Essential Skills & Experience

* Strong knowledge of housing law and practice.
* Proven experience in housing management and tenancy enforcement.
* Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage priorities and deliver results.
