Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for Project Managers to join our busy and expanding Bristol Defence Infrastructure business, supporting clients in delivering construction infrastructure projects across the South/South West and nationally.
This role is suitable for Project Managers from Defence, Rail, Water/Utilities, or Highways backgrounds with proven experience and understanding of processes. NEC accreditation is preferred.
Typically, projects range from £1m to £10m, with larger projects when supporting roles. Main responsibilities include:
* Leading Project Management Commissions, ensuring end-to-end service delivery.
* Supporting major projects and managing aspects of service delivery.
* Meeting client objectives, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Supporting clients' transition to Net Zero and sustainability initiatives.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience with NEC contracts.
* Expertise in NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, written).
* Self-motivated with strategic problem-solving skills.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders under NEC contracts.
* Knowledge of CDM/site health and safety as it relates to NEC contracts.
Qualifications include a degree in infrastructure or construction-related subjects, with chartered status (ICE, APM, RICS) preferred.
Security Clearance

Work Environment
